1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any product from Focus you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our products. We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the latest version.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from Focus. You are responsible for ensuring use of our products is legal where you live.
3. License
A Focus purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for the duration purchased on a single user account. Sharing, reselling or redistributing keys is prohibited and will void your access without refund.
4. Digital delivery & refunds
All products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately. Because of this, all sales are final. If a product is removed from sale or rendered permanently inoperable during your active subscription, contact support for store credit.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Focus products to harass, dox, or otherwise harm other players, attempt to harm Focus infrastructure, or break the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate any account that breaches these rules without refund.
6. Disclaimer
Focus products are provided as-is. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties against game-account suspension or hardware-identifier detection. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to lost game accounts, lost in-game items, or hardware bans.
8. Intellectual property
All software, branding, copy and design on this site is owned by Focus. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of our products.
